The CBT questions are Common Entrance for Primary 6 Pupils, JSCE for Junior Secondary School Students, SSCE for Senior Secondary School Students and UTME for students seeking admission to the higher institutions of learning.

How can the CBT questions be accessed?
Accessing the CBT Question attract a token fee for access pin code and serial number. To get the access login, click on the buy in on the CBT question login page

Do you have a customised CBT package for school internal exams?
We have special CBT packages based on school request and specification. Just contact us using the details on our contact page

Transcript Processing

Can you process transcript for anyone, irrespective of programme in any University?
Yes, we can process transcript for anyone in any Nigeria University as long as the person completed his/her education and eligible for transcript in such school

How long does it take to get the transcript processed and ready?
As soon as you show interest by creating account, request for transcript and pay the neccesary transcript fee, we would start the processing right away and also use our goodwill to fasttrack the process. But the speed of avaulability depends on the institution in question. We try as much as we can to consistently follow up until its made available by the institution. However, if such a transcript has been issued by the institution previously, the subsequent request is faster.

Are you into delivery service?
We work with the various institution designated courier agencies to deliver transcripts. We are only acting as an intermediary between our client and the institution to ensure transcript is ready on time and dispatch to the provided address while we send the tracking number to our client for verification and follow up confirmation

Does it mean deliver on behalf on the institution?
No, the institution delivers normally as requested by our client, we only ensure the process to be fast and timely. We provide the delivery destination to the institution, who in turn send through their courier. The courier tracking number is sent to our client for verification.

I have tried Processing my transcript previously but my school said I have some results issues and as a result they can process it, What can you do for me?
If you have any issue concerning any results or course, ensure you have been cleared. If we encounter any obstruction in the process that requires your personal attention, we will notify you on your dashboard, so you can take action

I have been to my institution and paid for all the fees required for my transcript but was now ready at the time, can you complete the process for my?
Yes, you only need to pay for our service charge and courier service. But you need to notify us through our contact 08036212935.

Do we pay for the transcript fee, courier fee and service charge once?
No, we only receive payments for transcript fee and service charge once you have made a transcript request. When your transcript is ready for delivery, then you can pay for the courier service through us.

How do I track the progress of my transcript?
When you make transcript request on our platform, a transcript iD is generated for you. With the transcript ID, you can track the progress of your transcript processing excercise on our platform up till final delivery to destination addresses
